This briefing framework for secondary school projects incorporates secondary school revisions to Building Bulletin no. 82 (ISBN 0112709214), setting out non-statutory area guidelines for secondary school buildings and grounds. The document aims to help school staff and governors, along with the Local Education Authorities develop a masterplan and brief for building projects, whether they are newly designed or the refurbishment of existing buildings.
