A Handbook in Ethics: Santa Barbara City College

The purpose of this book is to provide beginning ethics students, as well as the general reader interested in the fundamentals of moral philosophy, learning resources not often found in standard ethics textbooks. Among its offerings are succinct summaries of the major moral theories, a glossary of terms central to discourse in moral philosophy, and various insights and pieces of advice on argumentation, critical thinking, and reading, testing, and writing in philosophy.
