Oskar Rieding's (1840-1918) 'Easy' Violin Concerto in B minor is a favorite among students and teachers alike. With its three long and effective movements, it is often the first 'big' recital piece for young violinists, and it gives teachers an early opportunity to introduce their students to easy concerto literature.
