We’re delighted to share that a brand-new café has opened at the rear of our Hawthorn bookshop.

Supernova is a cosy space that offers an all-day breakfast menu. Their focus is on modern fusion cooking and customers can enjoy a range of fresh and delectable options, such as crab burgers, zucchini flower tempura and more.

The owner of Supernova, Patrick Zhang, says: ‘We are passionate about coffee and food, and we pride ourselves on personal service and customising to our customers’ needs.‘

As well as great food, Supernova also offers specialty coffee from Symmetry coffee roaster, including both house and seasonal roasts. We can confirm that our staff are already big fans of Supernova’s coffee – as well as the in-house freshly-baked muffins on offer!
