In our final bestseller report for the year, the top two titles remain steadfast – the latest Scott Pape on finance for kids coming in at number one and our 2022 Readings Children's Prize winner at number two.
It's lovely to see the stunning new Julia Donaldson picture book in the list this week. With beautiful flaps and vibrant pages, it focuses on colours with talented illustrator Sharon King-Chai. This book follows on from their previously successful picture books on the alphabet and numbers.
Since it is the final week before Christmas, it seems only appropriate that two Christmas books also make the list – the classic by Janet and Allan Ahlberg and the latest Bluey, a tabbed book about Christmas.
