John Newton on The Oldest Foods on Earth

You’re invited to a night celebrating local, Australian food!

George Biron of Sunnybrae fame and Dr Beth Gott will be in conversation with author John Newton. Newton’s The Oldest Foods on Earth highlights the foods that help to reconcile us with the land and its first inhabitants. His book includes recipes from chefs such as Peter Gilmore, Maggie Beer and Beau Clugston, and will convince you that this is one food revolution that really matters.
