We are thrilled to be able to invite you to an evening discussion abut cooking, creating and communicating between two beloved food writers, Emiko Davies and Stephanie Alexander. 

Emiko Davies is an award-winning Australian-Japanese food writer, photographer and cookbook author. Her latest cookbook, Gohan pays homage to everyday meals, cooked in the homes of Japanese mothers and grandmothers, and is the food that Emiko Davies grew up with.

In her latest cook book, Fresh, Stephanie Alexander shares over 120 recipes, most of them vegetable based. These are the recipes that primary-aged children have cooked with flair and shared with enjoyment, upending the notion that kids don't like veggies and creating a generation of passionate and accomplished home cooks.
