Ned Manning’s latest novel is historical romance, set between 1936-1951. He has been working on bringing Painting the Light to life for nearly a decade, experimenting with different forms before settling on telling this fictionalised version of his parents’ lives, based on research, letters, field trips and good old-fashioned imagination. We are delighted to be launching his ode to love.
