Es por eso que el objetivo de este trabajo fue diagnosticar la presencia-ausencia de Escherichia coli y coliformes totales, mediante la implementacion de la prueba rapida DBC-E. coli en muestras de quesos frescos elaborados artesanalmente en Mexicali, Baja California.
