Crazy Hair: Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean

Crazy Hair is a funny and imaginative rhyming conversation between a father and his daughter about the state of the father’s wild and tangled mop of hair. The father boasts about all the things hiding on his head: birds and gorillas and dancers and hot air balloons and pirate ships. The daughter tries to comb her father’s hair, only to find herself pulled into the crazy hairdo action.

Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean are a tried-and-tested author/illustrator combo. Gaiman is a dab hand at a rollicking rhyme, and his words are complemented perfectly in hits picture book by McKean’s vibrant and surreal images.
