Fifteen-year-old Bram has a habit of browsing police blogs and becomes suspicious that the condos his mother has been selling to a strange woman, may be associated with recent murders. But of course, he cannot let his mother know he is in pursuit of the killer. Meanwhile, Captain Francine Boult, commander of the homicide squad of the Midtown Manhattan North Precinct, is determined to identify the elusive serial killer who is littering New York City Parks with bodies of young men. Elisabet is a thirtyish woman who every three months drastically changes her appearance, changes her accent, and purchases a condo to elaborately decorate to lure specific young men. Before she selects the young men, she must first receive a blessing from St. Michael, an archangel whom she seeks in church stained-glass windows and in museum masterpieces. What clues hide in ancient art, stained glass, statues, and paintings? What clues hide in unfathomable depths of the human psyche?
