Lenny Osram encounters two gentlemen with unusual accents in a pub in Old-Town Duesseldorf. He is taken by their uncanny resemblance to him and his twin brother, Lutz. The Osram brothers are in their late 80s, the younger strangers somewhere in their 50s. Serendipity leads the four gentlemen into a game of unlocking the mystery of their connection.
