A Lady in the Mid-Morning Sun

I dedicated my life's long dream to becoming an author. I knew I had writing skills, but I was afraid I would get rejected by a publishing company. When I started developing these characters in A Lady in the Midmorning Sun two years ago, I realized that I had the opportunity to put it in writing, with pen to paper. This book was about a diverse group of family members who lived near the Grand Canyon National Park/Flagstaff, Arizona, area. The characters had strong family values, love, togetherness, and strengths with a purpose.Even if this book was fictional, it had relevance to someone's story. A Lady in the Midmorning Sun would fill the reader with hope, love, family, and togetherness. It would give hope to family members who had cancer and recovered and provide support to their peers. Whoever had a parent or grandparent with onset dementia and the support of family members filled his or her life with hope. Family members who worked for their children's accomplishments along with their own struggles and successes. If I knew what I know now about getting my manuscript to a publishing company like Page Publishing years ago, I would've pursued my career in writing a long time ago.My dream would become a reality.
