Ramadan on Rahma Road

Razeena Omar Gutta, Faaiza Osman

In this Ramadan story with 24 recipes, each family on Rahma Road prepares a dish from their culture for the annual potluck iftar. The families that live on Rahma Road come from all over the world. In Ramadan, at their annual potluck iftar (fast-breaking meal), each family brings a dish from their culture to share. Readers see a story (and a recipe!) inside each home, and when the sun sets, the families gather. Additional recipes and notes on Ramadan are included in the endnotes.
