This book examines the possible avenues that Ukraine could pursue in a last ditch effort to defeat Russia and reclaim the eastern parts of Ukraine. A number of techniques employed by state actors are highlighted. One such being how power vacuums have been instrumental in furthering the geopolitical agenda of major powers like Russia and the United States, and how such opportunities will eventually make its rounds and land right at Kiev's doorstep, allowing Ukraine to conduct its own clandestine operations. Other techniques employed by state actors are more ominous and gut wrenching, but have proven effective, albeit only in a strategic sense. The war between Russia and Chechnya in 1996 becomes relevant and may hold the keys to an unexpected outcome.
