Manifestation is the practice of turning thoughts and desires into reality through focused intention and belief. Teaching children about manifestation can instill a sense of empowerment and self-belief. When children write down their goals and dreams, they are taking the first step towards making them come true.

Created by mother, daughter duo Danielle and Heaven Jackson whose mission is to introduce children to the practice of mindfulness, self empowerment and belief, positive living and mental health.
