Terror once again stalks the City of Brotherly Love, raising its head in the most unlikely of places: a kids' chess tournament.

Philly PI Paige Harmon doesn't know much about queens and rooks, but she is there to support a prodigy who has already been haunted by violence. When shots ring out, Paige will do whatever it takes to protect her young friend.
