During her more than 30 years of guiding organizations through large scale change, Jan oftentimes found herself battling internally with self-limiting beliefs that left her with a deep gap inside until one day God's voice clearly, plainly, and with resounding tone moved her to take her own inventory and make a massive change in her life.
