When an abandoned lot transitions to a vibrant community garden, plants and kindness grow like wildflowers. Cassie, Mai, Zara, and Max attend a summer camp and train as Super Sprouts who dig, plant, watch, and wait for the tiniest sprouts to grow into sturdy yet graceful vines and stalks. They learn that teamwork pays off. The community garden is big enough to sustain nearby neighbors with vegetables and herbs. At the end of summer, an event to surprise campers who volunteered is planned, but a problem arises. Despite a change in plans, campers and neighbors are surprised with a Food Fest full of fun and new friendships.
