Charlotte had been staring at her eviction notice when she got a call from an attorney, telling her she'd inherited a house from a great uncle she'd never known.

This is the fifth and final book in the Love in Autumn series. This book can be read as a standalone, but if you want to know and understand the other characters, I suggest reading the other four books in the series first.
