Obsidian was lonely. He watched his brothers all becoming mated, having children and falling in love. But there was none of that for Obsidian. Of course he had plenty of bed partners, that he wasn't shy of, but someone to call his own. One that would be his forever, there was no one. He'd asked Mother fate for a partner, and Iver had told him quietly that one was coming, but patience was never his strong point.
