Kazdy clovek musi dodrziavat pravidla a predpisy vo svojej situacii. Ak ludia maju pocit, ze tieto zakony su ako okovy, ktore ich zvazuju, budu citit zataz a bolest. A len preto, ze citia zataz, ak nasleduju rozptylenie a neporiadok, nie je to sloboda. Ked sa budu oddavat takymto veciam, budu mat len pocit marnosti, a nakoniec ich bude cakat len vecna smrt.
Pravou slobodou je oslobodenie od vecnej smrti a od vsetkych slz, smutku a bolesti. Je to tiez kontrola povodnej prirodzenosti, ktora nam dava tieto veci a ziskanie sily na ich prekonanie. Boh lasky nechce, aby sme akymkolvek sposobom trpeli, a z tohto dovodu zaznamenal v Biblii sposoby, ako sa mozeme tesit z vecneho zivota a pravej slobody.
