Since the founding of the United Nations, the Yearbook of the United Nations has stood as the authoritative reference work on the annual actions and achievements of the Organization. As with the preceding sixty-eight volumes of the Yearbook, the present, sixty-ninth volume composes a peerless resource contextualising the deliberations of the United Nations on peace and security matters, human rights, economic and social questions, legal issues, and administrative and budgetary topics.
