How to think the Object of Post-criticism beyond Postmodernism, in/from the Caribbean? This book studies certain literary-criticism, that takes from fiction, exceeds his generic frame and assumes/speaks about in another way the literary facts. The specific relation that those practices have with its object of study, can be followed through the analysis of the discursive strategies of Ella escribia poscritica, by Margarita Mateo Palmer, and Por si nos da el tiempo, by Julio Ramos, both important Caribbean authors from the end of 20th century. Reinier Perez-Hernandez (Havana, 1973). He was senior editor of the Casa de las Americas Journal (2000-2004), of the Casa de las Americas’ Publisher until 2011, and Letras Cubanas (Theory Section). Currently he is senior editor of Tablas-Alarcos. He has published several literary essays and articles. In 2012 he issued the multimedia De la Piel y la Memoria. Museo de la Poscritica, co-authored with Margarita Mateo Palmer and Julio Maldonado Mourelle. ‘Como pensar, mas alla del posmodernismo, el objeto de la poscritica en y desde el Caribe? Este libro se ocupa de cierta critica que al dar cabida a la ficcion en su propia escritura desborda su marco generico y asume/expresa de manera otra el hecho literario. La relacion especifica que establecen esas practicas criticas con su objeto de estudio se sigue a traves del minucioso analisis de las estrategias discursivas en Ella escribia poscritica, de Margarita Mateo Palmer, y Por si nos da el tiempo, de Julio Ramos, dos de los mas importantes estudiosos caribenos de finales del siglo xx. Reinier Perez-Hernandez (La Habana, 1973) fue redactor de la revista Casa de las Americas entre los anos 2000 y 2004, y hasta 2011 editor del Fondo Editorial de esa institucion. Trabajo como editor en Letras Cubanas y hoy lo hace para Tablas-Alarcos. Ademas de ensayos y articulos ha publicado el volumen multimedia De la piel y la memoria. Museo de la poscritica (2012), en coautoria con Margarita Mateo Palmer y Julio Maldonado Mourelle.
