How is the alpine urban countryside modified by widespread industrial production? How can the productive mikrokosmos be reinforced as a system into complex orographic contexts? What design devices can be used to rethink the existing situations? The book explores the industrial production areas scattered in the valley floors by presenting a case study in the Trentino Alto Adige region.
