Social transformation through a deeper, more ambitious, more integrated and urgently needed response for an environment of peace and security. The challenge of citizen governance and participation are the major global challenges that make it possible to reduce multiple socio-political and economic rigidities. They must be involved in both the voting and monitoring-evaluation processes by implementing the consolidation of the democratic process through a set of actions oriented towards awareness-raising, education, civic training and responsible citizenship. Women and youth must collaborate to advance sustainable development, democracy and develop motivational action aimed at creating effective bridges in their communities to fully engage in local governance issues and solutions so that their experience or a model of duplicable good practices which will be capitalized on for the emergence of a balanced society which highlights well-being.
