This study explores the intersection of digital literacy, inclusivity, and AI-enabled educational tools in enhancing student performance. Digital literacy encompasses essential skills for navigating the digital world, while inclusive instructional content ensures that educational materials meet diverse student needs. The integration of AI offers new opportunities to tailor learning experiences, potentially improving engagement and academic outcomes.The objectives of this study were to: explore the role of AI-enabled educational tools in enhancing digital literacy, investigate the extent to which AI-enabled educational tools promote inclusivity within instructional content, assess the impact of AI-enabled educational tools on learner performance and engagement, and identify challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of AI in educational settings. The research focuses on undergraduate students from the National Open University Ilorin Centre, specifically from the Educational Technology and Computer Science departments.
