On the political scene, much is said about education and schools, but little is said about improving the quality of life of those responsible for good education, the teachers. We must start from the premise that Brazil needs managers who are able to deal with the psychosomatic problems that are affecting teachers, leading to the precariousness of Brazilian education. Burnout syndrome is developing in hundreds of teachers, and often the victims themselves don't even know about it. Public management must therefore take action to address this problem.
