Gilson Scholl Pires
The mineral sector is of great importance to the development of the state of Para, accounting for around 71% of the state's gross domestic product, but it is divided into two dynamics: the metallic sector, which has economic prominence both in terms of exploration and obtaining taxes for the government, and the non-metallic sector, which concentrates a considerable number of companies, but most of which are informal and do not have an adequate production and logistics structure. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to see how the organizational production process and logistics management directly influence the productivity and competitiveness of companies in the construction aggregates segment in Para. The study was exploratory and descriptive in nature, using systematic observation and a semi-structured interview script to collect data, which was analyzed using content analysis of the answers obtained.
