The implementation of the theory of the Price of Government is beyond the enhancement of fiscal justice like the adherence to the concept of justice can be interpreted by the district courts. Just like the duty of the Appellate courts and the Supreme Court is to interprete legal statutes according to judicial philosophies of the Judges and Justices, so is fiscal decisions are to be made in line with constitutional provisions. Just the Medical doctors and Justices spend time on researching on living paradigms to profer medical solutions and Legal decisions to everyone challenges before them, in the same manner should fiscal decision makers spend judicious time in knowing what the Constitution says in regards to the theory of the price of government.
