Law and Economic Power
Jesus Lopez de Lerma Galan
Law and Economic Power is a journey to the political structures of China and the United States, in order to analyze their network of international and commercial alliances, in a research work that contrasts capitalism and communism from the bases that make up the legal nature of both blocks. In its development, a study is made on the People's Republic of China and the economic integration of the Asian countries to later approach the action of the United States, focused on importing its conception of Welfare State to the world, while consolidating an action of fight against the new threats of international security, with allies related to its economic, political and military interests. With this work the author wishes to demonstrate whether the postulates of the classical theory of international relations are still valid in the world order that has been created after the Covid-19 health crisis, or whether, on the contrary, we are moving towards a new definition of the structures of power.
