This study has been conducted in Burera district, with study questions like: Investigating the effects of hygienic factors on teachers' working performance in boarding and Twelve years' basic education (day schools) schools in Burera district; Analyzing the effects of motivating factors on teachers' working performance in boarding and twelve years' basic education (day school) in Burera district; Determining the way teachers' Competences affect their working performance in Boarding and Twelve years' basic education schools in Burera district; Comparing the effect of teachers' motivation on working performance among boarding and Twelve years' schools in Burera district. Data have been collected by using questionnaires, interviews, class observations and document review to find related answers. Data were analyzed by using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences).
