This study examines healthcare accessibility and utilization in Chennai City, India. Despite progress, disparities persist. The distribution of Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs) varies across zones, with some facing deficits. Accessibility analysis reveals over 90% of the population has excellent access to UPHCs, UCHCs, and hospitals. Factors like distance and travel time significantly impact access. Lower-income groups predominantly rely on public healthcare. Understanding these spatial dynamics is crucial for equitable healthcare planning and resource allocation.
