In this book, the author revealed the theoretical mechanism for the round-the-clock process of water electrolysis under the influence of light energy on a solar panel or on the anode, made from silicon semiconductor and the metal mesh of a photoelectrolyzer-generator, which allowed the author to develop advanced technologies for round-the-clock desalination, purification and concentration; production of hydrogen and oxygen gases and non-stop operation of the electric vehicle engine.
