The benefits management used by Nordeste Gas
Naiana Lima, Daniel Barroso
Faced with the rapid and constant changes that the market is undergoing, organisations are seeking to remain competitive in the market through indirect pay, which is represented by the various benefits that the company makes available to its employees. In view of this, it can be seen that indirect pay strengthens commitment and satisfies employees, thus creating a better image for the company in the market, as it will arouse interest in qualified professionals and keep existing ones on board. The general aim of this work was to analyse how benefits management is developed through a good rewards policy at Nordeste Gas, in Teresina Piaui. This is an exploratory and descriptive case study in which a quantitative questionnaire was administered to 30 employees, comprising 100% of the organisation's workforce, and a qualitative interview was conducted with the resources manager.
