This research is about assertiveness in the administrative area in a company linked to the logistics area. The purpose of this work is to know if the employees have developed this competence and if they apply it in their daily life. This topic was selected because there is a large number of studies with clinical and educational approach, however, in the organizational approach is the first time to be performed.
