60 samples were randomly collected from Kahramanmaras in Turkey and Duhok in Kurdistan Region-Iraq, the 1st station samples collected from tap water of Kahramanmaras City Center, while the 2nd station were from random mosque water of Kahramanmaras City, the 3rd station from Park tap water of Kahramanmaras City, the 4th station from drinking and used water samples of the environment of Kahramanmaras City, the 5th station from local bottled water brands (Best-selling brands) purchased randomly covering all Kahramanmaras city, the 6th station samples collected from Duhok Governorate, Kurdistan Region-Iraq. The 4th station had the maximum values of bacterial contamination compared with other stations, the 3rd station had the second grade, the 2nd station the third grade in this study, the 6th station had the fourth grade; the 1st station had the fifth grade, the 5th station had the final grade. This means that the 5th station was the best station for human health. Ten bacterial species were identified from used and drinking water samples.
