Republic of Congo, also known as Congo-Brazzaville, is located in the western coast of Central Africa and is bordered by five countries: Gabon, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, DRC and Angola. This book proposed an overview of the Congolese education and economic systems and is divided in two parts. First, we provided valuable information of education system and then we presented the economic system situation. The Congolese education system is inspired by the French system and is divided into four levels: Pre-School, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary. The country faces some educational challenges, such as poorly designed childcare facilities, high repetition rates and high-class sizes in primary school. Congo has a mixed economic system, which includes a variety of private freedom, combined with centralized economic planning and government regulation. For ensuring the proper integration of its economy into the global economy, the country intends to use education as the key lever for growth. This work will serve as a reference for individuals and institutional investors who tend to invest and do business in Congo.
