Este trabajo se trata de establecer una metodologia para la implementacion de aisladores sismicos en un edificio ya existente como es el River Towers con el objetivo de mejorar el comportamiento estructural mediante un evento sismico; Realizando un estudio previo de analisis estructural del edificio comparando antes y despues de la instalacion del aislador sismico; se utilizo el software de analisis y diseno estructural ETABS 2015 . Se describe paso a paso la ejecucion de cada uno de los rubros necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Se ha determinado un cronograma de ejecucion de trabajo y el presupuesto requerido para el proyecto.
