La mortalidad perinatal es indicador universal de condiciones de vida, de la calidad y acceso a los servicios de salud, la ONU planteo dentro de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, la reduccion de la mortalidad neonatal al menos hasta 12 por cada 1000 nacidos vivos y poner fin a las muertes evitables de recien nacidos.El objetivo es determinar la prevalencia de la mortalidad perinatal y los factores relacionados en el Hospital General No. 4 de Celaya Guanajuato, que favorezcan la identificacion de estrategias que disminuyan la mortalidad perinatal de acuerdo al analisis de resultados.El estudio, es observacional de corte transversal, retrospectivo, analitico del 2015 al 2018.
