As doses terapeuticas variam de 5mg a 10mg ao dia. O uso continuo, bem como doses acima do relatado estao associadas a perda de memoria, tolerancia, dependencia, sindrome de abstinencia. Esta, com sintomas ansiosos, alteracoes do sono, disfuncao autonomica e crises convulsivas. Objetivos: Analisar 40 casos clinicos descritos na literatura como serie de casos de dependencia de Zolpidem e seu tratamento, bem como a presenca de patologias psiquiatricas associados.
