The development of small as well as medium size Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers is a major issue in present era; because they constitute a substantial proportion of Indian population and leading life with low standard of living. With this programme functioning to realize, in which and at what extent the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes beneficiaries are got benefited and improved their living standards.
