La fusariose vasculaire du palmier dattier (Phoenix dactylifera L.) causee par Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. albedenis (Foa). Elle est consideree comme l'une des maladies les plus graves, qui presente une menace permanente pour les palmeraies de l'Afrique du Nord, et entraine la disparition de 20 millions de palmiers, dont trois millions de palmiers algeriens, depuis s'apparition en 1870. Une collection des isolats representatifs de la diversite des populations de Foa provenant de palmeraies symptomatiques et trois isolats collectes a partir de la rhizosphere ont ete utilise dans ce travail.
