The book contains information of a biographical nature of the Minister of Internal Affairs, previously unpublished and unknown to a wider audience, as well as a list of references on which pages reflected career government officials, led by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors sought an open mind and as fully as possible to compile a wealth of information about the history of the ministry as a pillar of the history of our country. This sketch is made at the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Jagermeister DS Sinyagina. The material for the essay were mainly original case, stored in the archives of the Ministry of Interior, Police Department, and others. In addition, have been taken into consideration and all published works related to the activities of the Ministry, as well as materials published in the Official Journal, collections, and so on. d. Collecting autographs and signatures to drawing portraits executed Ministers officer on special assignments to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Privy Councillor A. Tchaikovsky. The history of the Post Office is made head clerk Main Directorate of Posts and Telegraphs NI Sokolov, and the history of the Telegraph Office - an official for special assignments at the Chief of the Post and Telegraph NE Slavinski. Sergey Andrianov (1871-1942) - literary critic, essayist, literary historian, translator and since 1896 a permanent member Archaeographic Commission. His articles were published in Journal of the Ministry of National Education , Literary Gazette newspaper Country , Russian will and others. Hadrian was one of the chief editors of Russian Encyclopedia , the initiator and author of the Dictionary of literary types, wrote for the Russian Biographical Dictionary .
