Y, en un segundo momento, buscase circunscribir la formacion politico-cultural de Brasil por medio de conceptos e entendimientos pensados por Gilberto Freyre. De esta manera, se pretende, a traves de una comprension socio-filosofica, pensar mas alla de estos autores e indicar rasgos de politica, educacion y cultura que permanecen visibles en la coyuntura de un pais en desarrollo denominado Brasil.
