Alle Gedichte sind den Banden 1-4 der dritten rechtmassigen Originalausgabe entnommen: Sammtliche Werke, Zurich (Drell, Fussli u. Co.) 1819-1822. Diese entspricht im wesentlichen der 2., rechtmassigen, verbesserten und vermehrten Auflage (8 Bde, Zurich 1807-1822), deren Besorgung Jacobi selbst noch begonnen hat. Die Gedichte sind groesstenteils bereits vorher in Teilausgaben erschienen.
