Man versteht nicht, warum der Schumacher sich nicht engagiert. Da kommt Unruhe auf und es erscheint ein ungebetener Gast, eine Frau in Mannerkleidern. Der Schumacher und seine Frau leisten erste Hilfe und bieten ihrem Gast an, bis zum Morgen zu bleiben. Das Angebot wird jedoch abgelehnt.
