Fibrosis is a natural healing process and defined by the overgrowth, hardening, and/or scarring of various tissues, and attributed to excess deposition of cellular matrix components including collagen. According to etiological development of fibrosis we proposed two types of fibrosis as follows. The intractable diseases cirrhosis, renal and glomerular sclerosis, scleroderma, interstital pneumonitis, and cystic fibrosis are some of the examples of diseases’ related fibrosis that occur in the liver, kidney, skin, lung and serous glands respectively. Recombinant technology is one of the important areas of biotechnology. Artificial substances obtained through recombinant technology can substitute for the proteins and enzymes which can not be synthesized by organisms and can allow some illnesses to be treated faster and easier. A variety of techniques are used in recombinant technology for fibrosis. Some of which are Spectral methods, Electrophoretic methods, PCR-Reverse transcriptase PCR-Real-time PCR, RFLP and RAPD, Protein isolation.
