Con este libro pretendemos contribuir a homenajear la trayectoria de este gran filosofo espanol, cuyo pensamiento sigue y seguira muy presente entre nosotros. Estas paginas pueden ser consideradas como manifestacion publica de mi particular homenaje a D. Julian Marias, recientemente fallecido (diciembre de 2005), quien contribuyo de modo especial a la creacion y difusion de un pensamiento personalista en nuestro pais, fecundo y abierto a la trascendencia, que quedara sin duda como una de las maximas contribuciones en lengua espanola a la filosofia del siglo XX .
