In einem multiperspektivischen Ansatz verbindet Alexander Koch Konzepte der Erwachsenenbildung mit Modellen zur Handlungsinitiation und -steuerung und ubertragt sie auf Schulkontexte bzw. das Unterrichtsentwicklungsprojekt Swiss Science Education (SWiSE). Die mehrjahrige Projektevaluation zeigt, dass eine kontinuierliche, bedarfsorientierte Begleitung und die Unterstutzung intentional-volitionaler Haltungen bei Lehrpersonen bedeutsame Aspekte eines handlungswirksamen Transfers von Innovation in den Unterricht darstellen, die uber eine blosse Wissensakkumulation hinausgehen.
